Overview
For BrightDesk, I redesigned the customer support dashboard to help support teams manage conversations, tickets, and internal notes from a single interface. The project focused on improving information hierarchy and reducing the number of steps required to resolve a ticket. By surfacing key customer data and conversation history directly in the main workspace, the new design helped agents respond faster and reduced the time needed to switch between tools.
