NovaBank — Small Business Account Onboarding

In the NovaBank onboarding project, I redesigned the sign-up experience for small businesses opening digital bank accounts. The previous flow required multiple disconnected steps and manual verification processes. The new experience streamlined identity verification, business registration, and account setup into a single guided process. This allowed business owners to open accounts faster while reducing drop-off during onboarding.
